While I was searching for fresh ideas to write for my internet marketing activities, I stumbled upon this particular site that is pretty interesting. This website is called iContactCommunity. It contains alot of categories like Business, Health, Pets and many others. As I have been looking into doing a new health niche, I decided to explore more of what this community has to offer.

I found this particular newsletter under the Health category with the Title “Which lenses fit your lifestyle?“. It details on what kind of lenses are suitable for each individual person and the different styles of lenses to tailor to your individual needs. And then I decided to check out the Pets category and this very interesting title caught my eye => “Gorgeous Guineas: Piggy Tips – Toothpaste for Piggies?!“. Though I did not read the full story, I found the title is enough to invoke my curiosity.  I never realized that piggies need toothpaste too! So if you have a guinea pig at home, do give this article a good read (Maybe give your piggy to read too   ).

This iContactCommunity seems to be interesting because it seems like another avenue for internet marketers to explore. Maybe we can just set out to find more and maybe integrate our products into this website and monitor the traffic and sales can you get from iContactCommunity.

Does bum marketing work? I mean does it really work? Newbie Cash Machine Reviews page that I created proves to me that it does. Though I am still not achieving much sales but at least I see some sales coming in.

One of the sales that was interesting was Ewen Chia’s Newbie Cash Machine which I did a review page on http://www.businesspeanuts.com/recommends/newbiescashmachine.html

This was my first time doing a review page to recommend this Ewen Chia’s Newbie Cash Machine Review. I followed the techniques in the book and I wrote an article and submitted to ezinearticles.com in June and within 2 weeks I made 2 sales.

And as this was my first website, I got lazy, and as time goes by, totally forgot about this webpage. Then suddenly, I got a sale from this webpage. I kept laughing because I finally believe what the experts say is true. You can earn money by writing articles, even in years to go. In my case, it took 5 months.

And in my other niche (not internet marketing product), I manage to sell another product recently. Even though I was happy to get another sale, my conversion rate is pretty bad.

I have a total of 450 visitors in a month but got only 1 sale so there are still plenty of things to tweak to improve sales. Anyway article writing is great! Free traffic and so far, I only submit my articles to ezinearticles.com. And most of my articles appear on the first pages of googles for those long tail keywords (finally understand how to optimize keywords in articles).

Some statistics:
In September, I wrote 13 article: brought in about 100 visitors.

In October, I increase the number of articles to 35 (got a few friends to help me as well): 350 visitors.

Anyway, for the month of October, I just realized this today. This first blog of mine, http://www.businesspeanuts.com , just got a page rank of 2. And even though I stopped updating as frequently like the past. And the funniest part, another niche I am doing, http://www.appleiphoneforxmas.com , got a page rank of 1. Why is it funny? Because I only have a few entries in http://www.appleiphoneforxmas.com but I did SEO so that it can rank for keywords. And I barely did much updating as well.

The more efforts put in, the more articles written, and more web pages I setup, the mystery of earning money on the internet begins to slowly reveals itself. Hannie from http://platinum-cash.blogspot.com/ really is my inspiration and Travis from http://www.bummarketingmethod.com is truly the king of bum marketing. Learn so much from his newsletters.

Been missing again. I was too busy with my day job and by night, tracking my affiliate marketing journey on a new project.
I started from 1st September until 28th September. My progress has been very slow and on the losing end of advertising but I really learn a great deal on using google analytics, statcounter.com and getresponse email campaigns. Anyway I am documenting down my results. See if anyone is interested.

Out of these 5 articles, managed to get 3 articles to feature on the first page of googles for 3 different long tail keywords. The other 2 articles was on the second page of googles.

Rate From My Website To Clickbank Sales Page: (115/357)*100 = 32.2%

Based on this statistics:
Since I can get a total visit of 357 people to my website, and get 115 people to click on sale page to product a sale of $23.05 in one month, target will be to get at least 100 to 200 people a day, instead of one month. Most likely it will take a total of 115 people in-order for me to make 1 sale.

Time to relook at the strategies for traffic.
- To improve campaign on Adwords
- To write more articles using long-tail keywords
- Produce my own free report or a $7 report

Hopefully I can offer more good news on my earnings after these changes.

Hi Everyone,

It’s been a while since I last update again.  As I have mentioned previously, I have been embarking on a road to Adwords.  I have been setting my mind to just use PPC and article marketing to set up my affiliate marketing campaigns.  I have to admit that I have yet to made any sales from this new campaign.  I have been exploring and figuring alot of data in order to find that special success formula.

I have to thank Hannie from  http://platinum-cash.blogspot.com/ to give me support as well as her success stories.  Inspirational to push more and not to give up easily.  I would also like to thank the folks at wealthyaffiliate.com, especially the founders, kyle and carson, for providing support.

I will continue and double my efforts and hopefully, the next posting I will be able to tell you some good news when I start seeing sales coming in.  Wish me luck and i wish everyone continue to earn big money as well.  Write you next time.

Reasons For Not Blogging

I did not want to start updating my blog until the 20th of September or at least I have some results in my internet marketing adventure. I have been frustrated since I have a blog writing about internet marketing and telling people how to make money, I want to first justify that my efforts will prove results first.

First Sale From Businesspeanuts Group Effort

I am proud to say that another little project with the businesspeanuts group has produced our first sales from a little niche via article marketing. Bum marketing is the way to go. With more people involved in each project, we can reduce our efforts and learn together as well. We will need to focus more and start producing sales for more projects as well but it is a good start. To the businesspeanuts group, great start and let’s get more sales rolling in. Got so much to learn but it is good.

Anyway, what triggered me to start this post, after almost a month without updating is this video from youtube below. This video is made by Eben Pagan. He goes by the pen name, David Angelo, with his 20-million dollars a year website, doubleyourdating.com.

He is the proven man. So far, we have heard from many gurus and the internet marketing products that guarantees you earning a lot of money. But we do not know what kind of markets they are in except for their internet marketing products.

But this guy is the real deal. He has proven his niche is making millions of dollars and not just someone who instructs you how to start internet marketing. I first got to know about Eben from Yanik Silver’s materials. Yanik took ages to get Eben Pagan to reveal his $20 million dollars secrets in one of Yanik’s underground internet sessions.

He is truly amazing and he has produced 3 fantastic videos on marketing and psychology on online customers. He has produced these videos for his latest venture into one of his programs. I do not have any affiliate links but the videos have just so much value in it. It is not just the same old internet marketing but great marketing tips and change of mindset.

So take out your pen and start writing down tips. Let me reveal one of my favourite tips he gave in this video is this => “Give $100 value to a million people and ask for $10 in return.”

Have you ever get stuck trying to write a new article or a new post, even a new report for a niche that you are doing.

If you have the same feeling, you are not alone. This occurs to most of us.

Often you can hear many people, who just started out as internet marketer, experience problems like where to find information online, not enough knowledge of their chosen niche, etc, etc. People will tell you to use googles and find websites, or buy PLR products, or search for free books in the public domains.

Well, let me share a bit of my experience. I am a IT guy who DOES NOT Like to do things online. When I read, I prefer to print out to read. Similarly, if i need information, I will always drop by the libraries. For those who live in Singapore, there is a library in almost every few locations. I love it when I have piles and piles of books for me to view through.

So if you ever encounter problems of writing, just drop by to your nearest library. There are so many ideas in so many books, and the best part, there is no cost incurred at all.
